このアイテムは、多くの人が認知する王道ミリタリーアウター、M-65フィールドジャケットを軽いポプリンとハイテクインサレーションを使って仕上げた A-1 CLOTHING × THE CORONA UTILITYのスペシャルエディションです。

表地は軽くて薄手のＧIポプリンを使用。
このＧIポプリンは、ビンテージミリタリーフィールドジャケットの生地を参考に作ったコットンポプリンで、とても雰囲気のある生地です。
内側にはポーラテック社のハイテクインサレーション”アルファ”が仕込まれています。
嵩張らず薄手でありながら超高機能な化繊中綿素材です。
通気性が高く保温力があり、濡れに強くて乾きが早く、そして軽量でコンパクトになる化繊中綿。余分な熱を溜め込むことなく、程よい温度と快適性をキープしてくれる優れた温度調節機能を持っています。
もともとはアメリカ特殊部隊が必要としたスペックを高い次元で実現するために開発されたという経緯から、部隊のコードネーム『ALPHA』にちなんで命名されました。
