“RESORT PATTERN” for SUMMER 2026

1960年のフランス映画『太陽がいっぱい』(Plein Soleil)の中で登場する、エスニック柄のシャツを参考にして、手描きで柄を画いておこしたオリジナルのシャツパターン。
どこかハワイアン柄のような比較的大きな縦柄で、20年近く夏アイテムの柄物として使い続けている定番パターンです。
ベースとなる生地には、“Dot Air（ドットエアー）”を採用。
軽量で、まるで異次元とも言える通気性を備えた高機能素材で、真夏でも快適に着用できる一枚に仕上がっています。
クラシックな柄とハイテク素材がコラボレーションした、CORONAらしい柄物生地です。

This original shirt pattern was hand-drawn based on an ethnic-print shirt that appears in the 1960 French film Plein Soleil (Purple Noon).
Featuring relatively large vertical motifs reminiscent of Hawaiian prints, it has become one of CORONA’s signature patterns, used in our summer collections for nearly 20 years.

For the base fabric, we use Dot Air, a high-performance material known for its exceptional breathability and lightweight feel. The unique structure of the fabric creates an almost otherworldly level of airflow, making it extremely comfortable even in the height of summer.
