Willis & Geigerが1930年代に開発した天然高機能素材。

超長繊維・エジプト綿の高燃度-4プライのマーセライズド糸を使用し、１インチあたり340本の糸を織り込んだ高密度コットンポプリン。

耐久性、通気性、防風性、耐水性、虫よけ、快適性など、アフリカのサファリや過酷な環境下での使用を想定した生地。

“ブッシュポプリン”なので本来は“アースカラー”ですが、タウンユース仕様のCORONA 25FWスペシャルとして、あえて“ブラック”で染色して頂きました！！

 

A naturally high-performance fabric developed by Willis & Geiger in the 1930s.
Made from extra-long staple Egyptian cotton, this 4-ply mercerized yarn is densely woven with 340 threads per inch to create a high-density cotton poplin.

Designed for durability, breathability, wind resistance, water repellency, insect protection, and overall comfort, this fabric was originally intended for use in African safaris and other harsh environments. Traditionally, this "Bush Poplin" is dyed in earth tones—but for CORONA’s special 25FW edition tailored for urban wear, we’ve dared to have it dyed in bold black.
