【Shipping】
We use EMS (Express Mail Service) for shipping international orders.
Orders generally ship within 7 business days. Shipping days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. Delivery dates cannot be designated.
For the delivery status of ordered products, please inquire with EMS directly. (The tracking number will be provided upon shipment.)
Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages.
【Payment】
The product page displays prices including Japanese consumption tax of 10%. Customers outside of Japan will have the 10% consumption tax automatically removed at the time of payment.
Import duties, taxes, charges, and/or VAT are not included in the item price or shipping cost of your order. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. These fees are calculated at the shipping destination and must be paid upon delivery. Fees will vary, depending on the destination country. Please check with your customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
THE CORONA UTILITY is located in Japan and all orders are processed in Japanese Yen.
【Cancellation, Return, Exchange and Refund】
You may cancel or change your order before shipping. Please contact us via our contact form immediately. We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds for your convenience after shipping.
In the event that the delivered product is different from the ordered product, please contact us via our contact form within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that if we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will not accept returns even if the product is wrong or defective.
