1960年代のUS ARMY・ジャングルファティーグパンツと呼ばれるT.C.U（トロピカル・コンバット・ユニフォーム）パンツをモデルにした、ブランドの核となるアイテムです。
60年代のジャングルファティーグパンツは、６ポケットカーゴパンツの標準的なイメージとなる王道的なデザインで、不要なものは一切付かない"必要最低限の機能美"です。
サイドカーゴポケット内側に仕込まれた止血テープ、膝にタックが入る立体的な作りなど、オリジナルディテールはそのまま引き継ぎ標準装備しています。
このJUNGLE SLACKS（ジャングルスラックス）は、弊社の中でいろいろな時代を通過して独自に発展させてきた、やや太めのテーパードシルエットです。
テーパードシルエットでありながら膝にタックが入ることで、ミリタリーパンツらしさを失わず適度にゆるい、ブランド独自のシルエットに仕上げています。
サイドカーゴポケットは、大きさのバランスをやや小さめに作り、ポケット位置を通常よりもできるだけ高めの位置に付けています。
そうすることで穿いたときに重心が上に上がり、カーゴパンツでありながら野暮ったさがなくスッキリと見えます。
ベーシックでシンプルなミリタリーパンツなので、トップスが軽くなる夏のシーズンにサンダルやスニーカーなど、いろいろな足元とのコーディネーションを楽しんでいただけます。
生地は、1950年代・US ARMY M-51フィールドジャケットに使用されていた生地を意識して作られたバックサテンで、程よい肉厚とゴワッとした洗い上がりの雰囲気が特徴です。
この生地は硫化染めされたもので、染料が染み込みやすくするために染める前にシルケット加工を施しています。
そうすることで硫化染め特有のぼんやりとした色合いに仕上がり、尚且つ堅牢度を高めています。（堅牢度とは、生地の色の変わりにくさ、色落ちのしにくさの度合い）
