These are CORONA overalls based on US Navy deck pants.
The wide silhouette has a thick waist, thigh and knee widths that are typical of over pants, and tapers down to the hem. It is currently the thickest silhouette among CORONA's bottoms.
The full-zip front allows for easy on/off by fully opening the zipper. This pants design features a very simple look with minimal detailing, just two zipper pockets along the side seams on either side and one patch pocket on the right back.
The simplicity of this item allows you to enjoy coordinating it with various items during the summer season when bottoms are the main item of clothing.
The fabric is made of CORONA's original hickory stripe denim which is based on 1930's US Army denim and is densely woven with a yarn that has been thinned to the limit to retain the original denim texture. The fabric is thin but has a strong bounce and firmness that prevents it from weakening, allowing the original silhouette of the product to be maintained.
