Based on the WW1 U.S. Navy Pea Coat, this piece has been updated for modern comfort and wearability. It features a distinctive large collar and a sleek, elongated silhouette that follows the body's natural lines, offering a perfect balance between a relaxed and tailored fit. The double-breasted front closure allows the top panel to be fastened on either side, adapting to changing wind conditions, while the traditional 10-button design remains intact. It includes four pockets: flap-covered waist pockets and higher-positioned handwarmer pockets, designed to maintain an upright posture when in use. Cashmere French Melton
This fabric is a cashmere-blend wool melton, a signature material used by the brand since its first season in 2006. Historically, cashmere-blend wool melton was used for French Navy uniforms. Both the warp and weft yarns contain cashmere, giving the fabric a refined texture and a smooth, luxurious feel. This melton is characterized by its elegant appearance, substantial volume, and lightweight suppleness, while also offering excellent heat retention.
